Cookie Policy

The Site installs no cookies at all, neither its own nor third-party ones, and uses no analytics, measurement, profiling or advertising tools. There is no tracking of browsing behaviour, and no data is sold or disclosed to anyone.

The only information stored on the device is one technical preference, described in section 3. As it is a strictly necessary tool, no user consent is required: this is why the Site shows no consent banner.

Cookies are small text files saved on the user's device while browsing. They are used to make websites work correctly, to improve the browsing experience, or to collect statistical information.

The Authority's guidelines also cover similar technologies: the browser's local storage (localStorage), identifiers derived from the characteristics of the request, and any other means of storing information on the device or gaining access to it.

For the purposes of consent, a distinction is drawn between:

• Technical tools — necessary for the website to function or to deliver a service the user has requested; they do not require consent;
• Non-technical tools (profiling, marketing, non-anonymous analytics) — these require the user's explicit, prior consent. The Site uses none of them.

The Site is available in Italian and English. When the browser's language suggests the other version might suit the visitor better, a notice offers it; if the user dismisses that notice, the Site remembers so as not to show it again on every page.

The preference stays in the user's browser: it is not transmitted to any server, not even the Site's own, and holds nothing that could identify the visitor. The browser's preferred language is read only to decide whether to show the notice, and is neither stored nor transmitted.

The Site embeds no third-party content in its pages. It does, however, contain a link to the catalogue hosted on Visme (visme.co): opening that external content happens at the user's own initiative and is subject to the cookie policy of Visme Inc., available on their official website. The Site transmits no data to Visme unless and until the link is opened.

Typefaces are served directly from the Site's own servers through Next.js, with no external requests to Google Fonts or other font providers.

As there is no consent to give, there is no consent to withdraw. Users who nevertheless wish to remove the stored preference can clear the Site's local storage from their browser settings, or block cookies and storage entirely for this domain.

The only consequence is that the language notice will appear again: no function of the Site is impaired.

The controller reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy at any time, in particular in the event of regulatory changes or changes to the technical architecture of the Site. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the update. Should non-technical tools be introduced in future, they would not be activated before the user's consent had been collected through a dedicated banner.
